X17 crew caught Alli Sims shopping for Christmas on Saturday afternoon. Alli was going into XIV Karats, it sounds expensive already!

Early morning yesterday (2:30am) on her way out of a house party in Hollywood Hills, Alli Sims, was served with a subpoena to appear in court and testify on Britney Spears’ parenting skills. This was, off course, set by Kevin Federline, who is seeking primary custody for the couple’s two babies.

“Alli was really shocked and covered her face,” said an observer for PEOPLE. “[She was] really distraught and said ‘Oh my God.’ ”

This puts Alli in a tough situation. She recently said that Britney is a wonderful and caring mom so it would be interesting to see where this goes.

Although the many rumors about possible cracks in the couple’s relationships, Alli and Britney were spotted late last night at Winston’s Bar in West Hollywood. Good to see the two of them together. I think that Alli is an important part in Britney’s life and should always be there.
